Teams and Talents in the Third Sector (3T Portfolio) is an EU co-funded project that was started in October 2010 (ending September 2012). The project brings together nine organisations in the framework of a Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation strand of the Lifelong Learning Programme. The project relies on the experience and outcomes of a previous project, the competences e-Portfolio for arts and culture professionals – Portolano (2007-09). Portolano promoted the use of new forms of valorisation of personal knowledge, experience and creativity. Its success in breaking away from the normalised CV led to the present project where innovative ways of promoting skills are put to test on a collective level.
